Cancellation policy, late arrivals and payments

As a small business we need to be consistent with our cancellation policy, approach to late arrivals and failed payments. We do not have a receptionist, we have an automated booking system. Our policies are here to ensure we can provide the services that you love. Please read the points below before booking.


Need to cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment?

Please do so via the link in your confirmation email and you will not be charged. Because we don’t have a receptionist, cancellations made via email, text or social media dm’s may be missed and will not be valid.




Cancellations 12 hours or less before your appointment
Please cancel via Booksy through your confirmation email, but also call us on 07564 741380 (during business hours) to let us know in case we have someone else waiting to fill the spot. Unfortunately we will need to charge you the full price of your appointment if we are unable to give someone else the spot.


If you are going to be late to your appointment
You can call or text us to let us know on our London hub number 07564 741380 but please remember staff may be working. Please do not send emails, texts to stylists’ personal numbers, or Facebook/Instagram messages as we will not have access them while working. We will attempt to honour your appointment but we cannot guarantee it because of the impact on the customers following you. If you are 15 or more minutes late your appointment will be marked as a missed appointment.


Please ensure you have funds available before attending your appointment
